Julie Silverman Ditton grew up in a family of actors where her parents were both extremely active in community theatre. She followed suit, learning her craft at Fort Wayne Youtheatre and Civic Theatre. Over the years she has performed in several community theatre productions, directed shows and taught drama and storytellling.
After a few years of teaching school, she combined her teaching and theatre experience to become a storyteller, bringing literature and folklore to children. EDUCATION
